Jun 15, 2009 Vancouver, BC --June 15, 2009 --(NEX Board: P2P.H). P2P Health Systems Inc. (the "Company") announces it has accepted effective immediately the resignations of Messrs. Gregory Thomas, Graham Abbott and Drew Brass from the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer; Vice President, Business Development and Vice President, Communications, respectively, to pursue other interests. Mr. Thomas also resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Todd Hilditch, a director of the Company, has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective immediately.
